Welcome to our website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

This website contains materials which are owned or licenced to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, photographs and graphics. Reproduction of any part of this website or its photographs is prohibited other than in accordance with copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions.

All information we collect will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused or disclosed.

ORDERING PROCESS

Orders can be placed through the website, by fax, phone, email, in person or at Trade Fairs.

All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices and do not include GST.

Catalogues are not available.
 

PAYMENT
Payment is pro forma (pay in advance). Internet orders are not confirmed until you receive an official invoice from Lemongrass Homeware Pty Ltd. Once Lemongrass Homeware Pty Ltd  receives your order we will confirm stock availability, calculate the freight charges and email you an official invoice. The preferred method of payment is by Mastercard, Visa or bank deposit. Payment directly through the website is not currently available.

Our preference is to maintain pro forma accounts with all retail stockists, this ensures we are able to keep our costs to a minimum. We pay for all our stock in advance of receiving it into our warehouse and are therefore unable to offer credit accounts.  We do not charge a fee for payment by Mastercard or Visa.
Pro forma customers receive priority for delivery and availabiliy.
All goods remain the property of Lemongrasss Homeware Pty Ltd until the invoice is paid in full.

SHIPPING
We use a common carrier freight company to deliver all goods.  We do not deliver to post office boxes.

If you choose to use your own freight company, your carrier must collect the goods from our warehouse at your expense.

All freight charges are worked out once the goods have been packed with the freight costs added to the invoice. Pro forma invoices will be faxed or emailed with the freight charge included.

Orders on account will normally be dispatched within 72 hours of receiving the order except during Trade Fairs when there will be a delay. 
Pro forma orders will normally have their invoices faxed or emailed within 72 hours. Once payment is received and cleared, the goods will be shipped.
 

CLAIMS
Any claims must be notified to Lemongrass in writing by fax or email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon arrival.

Only faulty product or product damaged by our freight company will be replaced or refunded. Goods damaged in your store will not be refunded or credited.

Photographs of the fault or damage will normally be requested including photographs of any damaged packaging.

Only once Lemongrass Homeware has approved your claim will a credit note be issued.
